Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before agreeing to be bound by the same. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, please do not register, access or use this Website which is also valid for our Application (version for Mobile).

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

This website is provided by Maria Foods LLC, Dubai, UAE. By using this Website or by placing any purchase orders through this Website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Only upon acceptance of the terms & conditions mentioned herein, you will be entitled to submit electronic orders. Any violation of the terms will result in termination of your account.

The terms “DOG TV”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maria Foods LLC. The terms “you” and “your” refer to you as a customer of Dog TV (our “Client”), whether you access, browse, use, create an account and/or place an Order for a product or service from us on our Website.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

Account

By registering with the Website you can access or view the prices, product inventories, and submit purchase orders electronically. You are responsible for using the Website in a private and secure manner. We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused from any unauthorized account access resulting from your actions, such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account password. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at any time.

You shall not do or permit any other third parties to do any of the following:
Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or profane information of any kind, including, without limitation, any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, provincial, state, national or international law, including without limitation, export control laws and regulations;
Post or transmit any information or software that the sender is aware contains a virus, worm, or other harmful component;
Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining the permission of the copyright owner or right holder;
Account sharing, including, without limitation, letting third parties use your account and password.

Ordering

We have tried to simplify our ordering system. You can select our product, quantity and delivery slot. With these few clicks you go for payment and conclusion of the order once you are already registered. If not registered, right before payment you will be asked few questions for registration (Eg: location, phone number, e-mail, etc.)

We will notify you in writing by email or SMS shortly after you place your Order to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your Order. This email or SMS, which will contain your Order number, will confirm our contract of sale with you.

Our contract with you will commence from the moment you receive our confirmation email/SMS and shall end on delivery of your Order.

Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, of course, not changing the orders already in place. We reserve the right at any time to modify any service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

You agree to pay the full price for all Products you purchase from the Website. We accept online payments using credit/debit card in AED.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Delivery

We propose slots for Delivering our products for you. The slots at lunch will be open till 11:59pm on previous day and slots at dinner will be open till 2pm on same day. You can schedule your slot for 3 days ahead as needed, for lunch or dinner slots.

Cancelation

After order confirmation, cancellation cannot be processed by you since there’s a sequence of events to prepare your product.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Refund Policy

As we deal with RTE (Ready to Eat) product to be delivered to your table, we will receive Claims within 6 hours after delivery. Any issue should be emailed to us and include photos.

Refunds are on a case to case basis and are at the discretion of the manager on duty under a deviation. A refund is based on the products being returned to us in the same condition they were delivered. Upon return of the products, we initiate to refund the value of the returned product to the original payment method within 12-14 working days or credit to the Customer's store credit, which can be used in future orders with us.

Any complaints received after 6 hours of the product's delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We make every effort to deliver the products within the time frames specified by the Customer. In the event of any delay or non-delivery of a product due to a customer error (incorrect address, name, contact number, or customer unavailability), our commitment of being on time with most fresh/roasted product is null and void.

We have partnered with a trusted third party who is responsible for the delivery of your Order from the moment it is collected from our Roasting Production facility to the moment it is physically delivered to you. In the event your Order fails to arrive when expected, please Contact Us. We will investigate immediately and aim to have your Order delivered as soon as possible.

Products displayed at Website

We have taken measures to ensure the prices, description and images displayed on our Website are correct and that all products are described accordingly. However, please note:

Any garnish, decoration, serving dishes or utensils are not included unless stated in the product description.

Products shown may not be the actual size.

If you have any specific concerns about allergies, please, Contact Us and we will talk more with you.

All items are subject to availability and we will inform you as soon as possible if any product or service you have Ordered is not available. We may offer you an alternative product or service of equal or greater value.

You agree to follow any instruction we give you (including, without limitation, any expiry dates or instructions on when to consume the product, each as provided on your Order packaging) to keep products we supply to you safe for consumption

Social Media and Third Party

Any product review or other content (each a “Submission”) you post on our Website or any social media sites, including, but not limited to, our Facebook page, Instagram page, Pinterest page, Twitter page, YouTube page or any other social networking site (a “Social Media Site”), is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Any such Submission does not necessarily reflect our opinions or ideas and we are not responsible for any such content. In any event, all material posted on any third party social networking site must comply with these Website Terms and the third party social networking sites’ terms of use, as applicable.

You agree that you will not, without our prior written consent, copy, reproduce, republish, download, print, post, distribute, re-post, broadcast, record, transmit, edit, communicate to the public, link to, deep-link into, or distribute in any way the web pages, images or materials on, and the computer codes or elements comprising, the Website or any “DOG TV” Roasted Chicken Brand or Maria Foods LLC Sites (as defined above) other than solely for your own personal or internal business use. You may not use our content for any commercial purposes whatsoever.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit or access of the Website or to the products you purchase through the Website shall be submitted to binding arbitration in United Arab Emirates (UAE), Dubai. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Conditions of Use shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Conditions of Use, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Product Liability

Maria Foods LLC aggregate liability to the customer/user, in law, in equity, or otherwise, for using or being unable to use the Products, offers, or in the case of any deficiency of service, quality issue, product expiry, any adverse health complications / allergies due to consumption of products and/or for any violation of this Agreement, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for purchases made in pursuance of an order placed in the platform, excluding any applicable taxes and delivery/shipping fees.
To the extent permitted under applicable laws, Maria Foods LLC shall not be liable, under any circumstances, whether in contract or in tort, for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with use of products or offers in any manner, including on the grounds of loss of profit, loss of reputation, theft or loss of opportunities, personal injury.

You agree to indemnify Maria Foods LLC and its officers, employees, agents and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), howsoever suffered or incurred due to or arising out of your breach of this User Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
